Abstract: In the title compound, C₄H₇N₄O²⁺·SO₄^2-·H₂O, the asymmetric unit contains two aminopyrimidinium cations, a sulfate anion and a water molecule. These species are connected by N-HO and O-HO hydrogen bonds, resulting in a three-dimensional network.
