2N,N')palladium(II) monohydrateAbstract: In the title compound, [Pd(C2O4)(C12H8N2)]·H2O, the PdII atom is coordinated by two N atoms of 1,10-phenanthroline and two O atoms of an oxalate ligand, with cis-square-planar geometry. The oxalate C-C bonds are elongated compared with oxalic acid. The asymmetric unit contains two complex molecules and two molecules of water.
