Abstract: In the title molecule, C₁₈H₁₆N₄O₃, the substituted p-nitrophenyl ring is almost coplanar with the pyrazoline ring [dihedral angle = 8.2 (4)°], whereas the phenyl ring directly attached to the pyrazoline ring forms a dihedral angle of 54.5 (2)°.
