Abstract: Molecules of the title compound, C₁₆H₁₉O₂P, pack simply in the orthorhombic space group Pbca, the dominant molecular feature being a tetrahedral P atom attached to two phenyl rings, a phosphate O atom and a tertiary butyloxy group.
