Abstract: The title compound (also known as hexaconazole), C₁₄H₁₇Cl₂N₃O, is a potent agrochemical exhibiting fungicidal activity. The molecular conformation is stabilized by two intramolecular C-HCl interactions. Molecules are linked via O-HN hydrogen bonds, forming zigzag chains along the b axis.
