O, C-H
and

interactionsAbstract: In the crystal structure of the title compound, C13H11NO5S, the dihedral angle between the mean planes of the 4-tolyl and 2-nitrophenyl rings is 42.2 (2)°. There are weak C-H
O hydrogen bonds, which generate rings of graph-set motifs S(5),
(4),
(5),
(6),
(6),
(7) and
(10). The supramolecular aggregation is completed by the presence of intermolecular van der Waals short contacts, and C-H
and
-
interactions.
