Abstract: In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Co₂(C₁₄H₈O₅)₂(C₁₂H₈N₂)₂(H₂O)₂]_n, the dianion functions as a bridging ligand, bonding through both carboxyl -CO₂ end groups to link symmetry-related [Co(C₁₂H₈N₂)(H₂O)] entities into a ribbon structure.
