Abstract: The title compound, C₁₅H₂₀N₂O₅, is the first example of a branched tetrahydrofuran sugar amino acid dipeptide isostere incorporated into a peptidomimetic. The crystal structure contains intermolecular N-HO and O-HO hydrogen bonds.
