Abstract: The crystal structure of the title compound, C₁₄H₁₄N₄O₃, confirms both the sites of attachment and the trans arrangement of the hydroxy and azide substituents, and reveals intermolecular hydrogen bonding between OH and C=O units, resulting in a chain of molecules along the b axis.
