C)dichlorobis(triphenylphosphine-
P)ruthenium(II) dichloromethane solvateAbstract: The title compound, [RuCl2(C8H7N)2(C18H15P)2]·CH2Cl2, exhibits the regular octahedral geometry expected for a six-coordinate ruthenium(II) complex. There are two crystallographically independent halves of organometallic molecules in the asymmetric unit, with each metal atom residing on an inversion centre.
