Abstract: In the title compound, 1-{[2-(2-hydroxyethylamino)ethylimino]methyl}naphthalen-2-ol perchlorate, C₁₅H₁₉N₂O₂·ClO₄, the ions are linked through weak intermolecular N-HO, O-HO and C-HO hydrogen bonds, forming columns along the b axis.
