Abstract: In the title compound, C29H25NO2S2, the benzene rings of the phenylsulfonyl and the dimethylbenzyl substituents are almost perpendicular to the indole unit, whereas the dihedral angle between the phenyl rings of the phenylsulfanyl and phenylsulfonyl groups is 71.2 (1)°. The molecules in the crystal structure are held together by van der Waals, C-H
O and C-H
S interactions.
