(5S,6R)-4,5-Dimethyl-6-phenylmorpholine-2,3-dione

Abstract: In the title compound, C₁₂H₁₃NO₃, the angles at the Csp³ atoms in the vicinity of the morpholine ring are slightly strained, as indicated by the values of 113.08 (13) and 115.18 (14)° for C-C-C angles and 106.98 (13)° for the N-C-C angle.
