Abstract: The title compound, [Ni(C₁₉H₂₀N₂O₂)], is mononuclear. The Ni^II atom is four-coordinated in a square-planar configuration by two N atoms and two O atoms of the Schiff base ligand. The molecule possesses crystallographic mirror symmetry.
