X.-M. Shang, X.-G. Meng, J.-Z. Wu and Q.-S. Li

Abstract: The title compound, C7H5F2NO2, was prepared by the reaction of methyl 3,4-difluorobenzoate with excess NH2OH in basic solution. In the crystal structure, the molecules are linked into a three-dimensional extended network by N-H...O, O-H...O, C-H...O and C-H...F hydrogen-bond interactions.
