Abstract: The title compound, C₁₄H₁₃N₁O₃, adopts the keto-amine tautomeric form, with an intramolecular N-HO resonance-assisted hydrogen bond. The two benzene rings are nearly coplanar [dihedral angle = 14.3 (2)°]. The molecules are linked by intermolecular O-HO hydrogen bonds and C-H interactions between methyl groups and benzene rings.
