Abstract: In the title compound, C₁₃H₈C_l2FN, the central C=N bond length is 1.2699 (18) Å and the bond length between the C atom of the aromatic ring and the C atom of the imine group is 1.4644 (19) Å. This arrangement corresponds to a conjugated C=N moiety.
