Abstract: The title compound, [Fe(C₅H₅)(C₁₀H₁₃N₂O₂], has been synthesized by the reaction of acetylferrocene and hydrazine ethyl carbazate. Molecules of the title compound form centrosymmetric R₂²(8) dimers via intermolecular N-HO=C hydrogen bonds.
