Abstract: The title compound, C₁₈H₁₆Cl₂N₄O, was prepared from isobutyric anhydride and 3,6-bis(4-chlorophenyl)-1,2-dihydro-1,2,4,5-tetrazine. The central six-membered ring has a boat conformation.
