5-(2,4-Dichlorobenzamido)-1-[2,6-dichloro-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-1H-pyrazole-3-carbonitrile

Abstract: The title compound, C₁₈H₇Cl₄F₃N₄O, is a tricyclic amide with an overall U shape, each of the three rings being planar. The dihedral angle between the pyrazole and attached benzene ring is 90.1 (1)°. Intermolecular N-HN hydrogen bonds, with an N(amide)N(cyano) separation of 3.068 (6) Å, link the molecules.
