Abstract: The Zr atom in the title salt, (C10H10N2)2[Zr(C2O4)4], is chelated by four oxalate anions in a square-antiprismatic geometry. The cations and anions are linked by short N-H...O and long C-H...O hydrogen bonds into a layer structure. The Zr atom lies on a special position of site symmetry 2.
