Abstract: In the title compound, [Zn(C₁₅H₂₁O₃)₂(H₂O)₃]·3C₄H₉NO, the Zn^II complex has mirror symmetry. Two 3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxybenzoate ligands serve as monodentate ligands, and three water molecules are additionally coordinated to the Zn atom, forming a trigonal-bipyramidal geometry.
