Abstract: In the title compound, C₂₄H₂₅Cl₂N₂O₃P, the P atom adopts a distorted tetrahedral configuration. Weak intermolecular N-HN and C-HO hydrogen bonds are observed, and C-H interactions also contribute to the crystal packing.
