Abstract: The title compound, [Au₃Cl₂(C₂₅H₂₂P₂)₂]ClO₄, was synthesized from -bis(diphenylphosphinomethyl)dichlorodigold(I) and an excess of silver perchlorate in dichloromethane/methanol. Three Au atoms in a triangle are connected by two bridging bis(diphenylphosphino)methane ligands.
