(E)-1-[3-(Benzyloxy)-4-methoxybenzylidene]-2-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)hydrazine acetonitrile solvate

Abstract: The molecule of the title compound, C₂₀H₁₈N₄O₆·C₃H₃N, is non-planar. The central benzene ring makes dihedral angles of 85.73 (10) and 2.70 (12)° with the terminal phenyl ring and the nitrophenylhydrazine mean plane, respectively. An intramolecular N-HO hydrogen bond helps to establish the molecular conformation.
