Abstract: The title compound, 4,5-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphin-7-en-6-one, C₁₈H₁₉NO₃, the molecular structure exhibits features typical for morphine derivatives, with a T-shaped configuration. The crystal packing is stabilized by weak intermolecular C-HO interactions.
