Abstract: In the centrosymmetric title compound, [Mn(C6H4N2O4F)2(H2O)4], each MnII ion is coordinated by two 5-fluorouracil-1-acetate anions via the carboxylate O atoms and four water molecules, forming a six-coordinate octahedral environment. N-H
O and O-H
O hydrogen-bonding interactions link adjacent molecules into a three-dimensional network.
