Poly[[tetraaquatri--oxolato-dithulium] dihydrate]

Abstract: The structure of the oxalate-bridged title complex, [Tm₂(C₂O₄)₃(H₂O)₄]·2H₂O, consists of layers built from Tm₂(C₂O₄)₃ units. The coordination polyhedron of Tm can be described as a distorted dicapped trigonal prism. Each oxalate is located on an inversion centre.
