Bis(trimethylenediammonium) hexaaquacopper(II) decavanadate heptahydrate

Abstract: The title compound, (C₃H₁₂N₂)₂[Cu(H₂O)₆][V₁₀O₂₈]·7H₂O, contains [V₁₀O₂₈]^6- polyanions, [Cu(H₂O)₆]²⁺ cations, H₃NCH₂CH₂CH₂NH₃²⁺ cations and non-coordinated water molecules. A variety of O-HO and N-HO hydrogen bonds generate a three-dimensional network. The asymmetric unit contains two half-anions; each anion is centrosymmetric.
