(3S)-4-[(1S)-1-(Dibenzylamino)-2-phenylethyl]-1,3,2-dioxathiane

Abstract: The title compound, C₂₅H₂₇NO₃S, was obtained as the major product from the reaction of (3S,4S)-4-(dibenzylamino)-5-phenylpentane-1,3-diol and sulfuryl dichloride. The molecular packing in the crystal is stabilized by weak intermolecular interactions and van der Waals forces.
