3-[6-(5-Formyl-2-methoxyphenoxy)hexyloxy]-4-methoxybenzaldehyde

Abstract: The title compound, C₁₈H₁₈O₄, lies on crystallographic center of symmetry. Each isovanillin group makes a dihedral angle of 8.0 (4)° with the six C atoms in the central chain. The two aromatic rings are parallel to each other by symmetry.
