Abstract: In the title compound, C₁₂H₉NO₆S, the two aromatic rings form a dihedral angle of 50.0 (2)°. An intermolecular O-HO hydrogen bond is formed between the hydroxy group and the sulfonyl O atom of an adjacent molecule.
