(E)-4,4'-Diazastilbene-4,4'-oxydibenzoic acid (1/1)

Abstract: The title compound, C₁₂H₁₀N₂·C₁₄H₁₀O₅, is a cocrystal of (E)-4,4'-diazastilbene and 4,4'-oxydibenzoic acid, lying on an inversion centre and a twofold axis, respectively. Molecules are linked by strong intermolecular O-HN hydrogen bonds, resulting in a one-dimensional architecture.
