Abstract: In the title compound, [Zn(C₁₄H₈Br₂N₂O₃)(C₅H₅N)₂], the Zn^II ion is coordinated by one N and two O atoms from a Schiff base ligand and by the N atoms of two pyridine molecules to form a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal geometry.
