4-(2-Naphthoxy)phthalonitrile

Abstract: The title compound, C₁₈H₁₀N₂O, is built up from two planar groups (naphthoxy and phthalonitrile), with a dihedral angle of 66.14 (4)° between them. The crystal structure is stabilized by weak C-HN and C-H hydrogen-bond interactions.
