Abstract: The title compound, C₂₁H₂₆N₂, a potential chiral ligand for transition metal-catalysed reactions, crystallizes with one molecule in the asymmetric unit; the molecule has a pseudo-twofold axis perpendicular to the central C=C=C fragment.
