Abstract: The title complex, [RhCl₂(C₄H₁₁P)(C₃H₉P)₃](Br_0.12/Cl_0.88)·CH₂Cl₂·C₆H₆, has an ionic structure with fac-octahedral coordination of Rh^III in the cation. The anion is a mixture of Cl and Br in a 7:1 ratio.
