Abstract: Na3[OsO4(OH)2] contains osmium(VII) coordinated octahedrally by four oxide and two hydroxide groups. The OsO4(OH)2 octahedra form zigzag chains parallel to [010], linked by hydrogen bridges. Two O atoms, one Na and the Os atom lie on a mirror plane.
