4-(4-Chlorophenyl)-5-(4-methylphenyl)-3-(2-pyridyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole

Abstract: In the title compound, C₂₀H₁₅ClN₄, the two benzene rings form dihedral angles of 30.95 (9) and 70.69 (6)° with the triazole ring, and the dihedral angle between the triazole and the pyridine rings is 43.38 (8)°. Intermolecular C-HN hydrogen bonds are observed in the crystal structure.
