Abstract: The title compound, [Cu(NCS)₂(C₁₂H₁₉N₃)], is a mononuclear copper(II) complex. The Cu^II ion is five-coordinated in a square-pyramidal configuration by three N atoms of the Schiff base ligand, and by two terminal N atoms from two thiocyanate anions.
