Abstract: In the title compound, C₆H₅FN₂O₄, the acetic acid group lies out of the pyrimidine plane. In the crystal structure, molecules are connected by intermolecular N-HO, O-HO and C-HO hydrogen bonds, forming a three-dimensional network.
