Abstract: The anions of the title compound, (C₃H₁₂N₂)[Mo₅O₁₅(PO₄)₂]·4H₂O, consist of five MoO₆ octahedra and two PO₄ tetrahedra. The octahedra form a ring. The PO₄ tetrahedra are located above and below the ring and connected to it by three O atoms. Anions and cations are connected through an extensive network of hydrogen bonds
