[(5-Fluoro-2,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidin-1-yl)acetamido]acetic acid-4,4'-bipyridine (2/1)

Abstract: In the title complex, C₈H₈FN₃O₅·0.5C₁₀H₈N₂, one [(5-fluoro-2,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidin-1-yl)acetamido]acetic acid molecule and one half 4,4'-bipyridine molecule comprise the asymmetric unit. The 4,4'-bipyridine molecule has inversion symmetry. All bond lengths and angles in both molecules show normal values. An extensive three-dimensional network of intermolecular N-HO and O-HN hydrogen bonds stabilizes the crystal packing.
