Redetermination of 3,4-dimethoxyphenylethylammonium chloride dihydrate

Abstract: The structure of the title compound, C₁₀H₁₆NO₂⁺·Cl^-·2H₂O, has been redetermined. It is stabilized by O-HCl, O-HO, N-HO and N-HCl hydrogen-bonding interactions, which build up an intricate three-dimensional network.
