-Benzene-1,4-dicarboxylato-bis[chloro(dipyrido[3,2-a:2',3'-c]phenazine)copper(II)]

Abstract: In the title compound, [Cu₂Cl₂(C₈H₄O₄)(C₁₈H₁₀N₄)₂], the Cu^II atom is four-coordinated by two N atoms from one bidentate dipyrido[3,2-a:2',3'-c]phenazine ligand, one Cl^- anion and one O atom from the benzene-1,4-dicarboxylate ligand. The complete benzene-1,4-dicarboxylate ligand is generated by inversion symmetry, leading to a dinuclear complex. Neighbouring molecules interact through - stacking, resulting in a two-dimensional supramolecular structure.
