-L-allopyranosideAbstract: In the structure of the title compound, C8H11NO4, the aziridine and oxazolidinone rings induce flattening of the pyranoside ring, resulting in five of the six pyranoside ring atoms being nearly coplanar. The pyranoside ring thus adopts an E5 conformation, the methyl and methoxy substituents both being pseudo-axially disposed.
