Abstract: In the centrosymmetric title complex, [Mn(C₆H₃N₂O₅)₂(H₂O)₂]·2H₂O, each Mn^II ion has a six-coordinate octahedral environment within an O₆ donor set. The presence of O-HO hydrogen-bonding interactions links adjacent molecules into a two-dimensional array.
