Acetato[hydridotris(5-methyl-3-phenylpyrazol-1-yl-N²)borato]copper(II)

Abstract: Reaction of potassium hydridotris(5-methyl-3-phenylpyrazoly)borate with copper(II) acetate in methanol at room temperature gives the title compound, [Cu(C₃₀H₂₈BN₆)(C₂H₃O₂)]. The Cu atom is five-coordinated by three N atoms from pyrazolyl groups and two O atoms from the acetate ligand.
