2,8-Dibromo-6H,12H-5,11-methanodibenzo[b,f][1,5]diazocine

Abstract: In the molecule of the title compound, C₁₅H₁₂Br₂N₂, the 2,8-dibromo analogue of Tröger's base, the two aryl rings are offset with respect to one another by virtue of the diazocine bridge. The dihedral angle between the two benzene rings is 94.45 (4)°.
