Abstract: In the molecule of the title compound, [Zn(C₂O₄)(C₁₀H₈N₂)]_n, the coordination geometry around the zinc center can be described as slightly distorted octahedral. In the crystal structure, intermolecular C-HO hydrogen bonds link the molecules, forming infinite chains. Hydrogen bonding and - stacking interactions stabilize the crystal structure.
